Responsibilities
- Pick, Pack, and Ship: Accurately select and package orders to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory levels and organizing stock areas.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate hand trucks, pallet jacks, and forklifts (training provided).
- Quality Control: Inspect items for damage and ensure all packaging meets company standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and warehouse regulations to maintain a secure environment.
- Organization: Keep workstations and aisles clean, organized, and free of hazards.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required; we train willing learners.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be available to work part-time shifts, including weekends and evenings.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and strong attention to detail.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license required.
