Responsibilities
- Safely load/unload shipments and organize inventory using RF scanners
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with OSHA certification
- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform cycle counts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily KPIs
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain 5S compliance
- Process returns and damaged goods documentation
- Support inbound/outbound logistics during peak hours
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- 1+ years warehouse experience preferred; training provided
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and data entry skills
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
- Pass background check and drug screening
