Responsibilities
- Safely load and unload shipments using pallet jacks, forklifts, and manual handling techniques
- Verify inventory accuracy through systematic scanning and documentation
- Maintain organized, clean warehouse spaces according to safety protocols
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping/receiving targets
- Operate warehouse equipment efficiently while prioritizing safety standards
- Assist in cycle counts and inventory reconciliation processes
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record (for equipment operation)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Flexible availability including mornings, evenings, and weekends
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
