Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment
- Train, schedule, and supervise 15+ team members to ensure productivity targets
- Implement OSHA safety protocols and maintain compliance with industry standards
- Optimize warehouse layout and workflows for maximum efficiency
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve operational bottlenecks
- Conduct performance reviews and develop staff improvement plans
- Manage inventory control systems and reduce shrinkage
Qualifications
- 5+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in fast-paced environments
- OSHA 30 certification and Hazmat handling expertise
- Proficient in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or Manhattan Active)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Valid Florida driver's license with clean record
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field preferred
- Experience with automated conveyor systems and AS/RS technology
