Responsibilities
- Load/unload freight trucks using pallet jacks, forklifts, and manual techniques
- Inspect and verify incoming/outgoing shipments for accuracy
- Organize inventory in designated warehouse zones using RF scanners
- Maintain clean, hazard-free work areas through proper waste management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily productivity targets
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory reconciliation processes
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory verification and documentation
- Valid driver's license preferred (forklift training provided)
- Attention to detail with strong organizational abilities
- Flexibility to work evenings/weekends based on shipment schedules
- Team-oriented mindset with clear communication skills
- No prior warehouse experience required – comprehensive training provided
