Responsibilities
- Scan barcodes and pick items accurately according to packing slips.
- Ensure all merchandise is packaged securely for shipping.
- Organize inventory and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
- Operate handheld RF scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Collaborate with team leads to resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or retail experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
