Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders based on warehouse management system instructions.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing merchandise for damage, defects, or quality issues.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts, conveyor belts) safely and efficiently.
- Organize warehouse aisles, maintain a clean workspace, and adhere to all safety protocols.
- Verify item quantities against packing slips and ensure proper labeling and packaging.
- Assist with inventory cycles, stock replenishment, and returns processing.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail is a plus.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners (RF guns).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
- Reliable transportation and availability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
