Job Summary
Our Warehouse Pickers are responsible for accurately selecting and preparing products for shipment. You will utilize warehouse management systems and handheld scanners to ensure every order is fulfilled with precision and speed.
Responsibilities
- Operate handheld scanning devices (RF Scanners) to locate and pick merchandise accurately.
- Inspect items for damage or defects and report discrepancies immediately.
- Package and label items securely to prevent damage during transit.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure efficient flow of goods through the warehouse.
- Load and unload trucks using pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided upon hiring).
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions if working in outdoor docks.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
