Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with a focus on 100% accuracy.
- Utilize handheld scanners and warehouse management systems to verify inventory and update stock levels.
- Maintain a tidy and organized work area, adhering to all company safety and sanitation policies.
- Inspect packages for damage and ensure proper labeling before dispatch.
- Communicate effectively with team leads to resolve order discrepancies and optimize workflow.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting, carrying, and maneuvering items weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanning devices is preferred.
- Must be available to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
