Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare merchandise for shipment using handheld scanners and RF guns.
- Verify item quantities and ensure all packaging meets quality standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and accuracy targets.
- Perform routine checks on warehouse equipment to ensure operational readiness.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse management software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy.
