Responsibilities
- Fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently using warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Sort, pick, and stage merchandise according to SKU and order specifications.
- Inspect products for damage and ensure they are properly packaged to prevent shipping issues.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Perform regular inventory counts and cycle counts to ensure accuracy.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and resolve inventory discrepancies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or fulfillment center preferred.
- Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods and work in various temperatures.
