Responsibilities
- Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, stocking, and order fulfillment
- Train and mentor 5-8 warehouse staff on safety protocols and efficiency standards
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies
- Maintain compliance with OSHA and company safety regulations
- Optimize workflow processes to maximize productivity and minimize errors
- Coordinate with transportation teams for timely loading/unloading
- Prepare daily performance reports and operational summaries
Qualifications
- 2+ years warehouse or logistics supervisory experience
- Forklift certification and OSHA safety training
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Excellent communication and multitasking abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
