Responsibilities
- Oversee and optimize daily warehouse operations and workflow efficiency.
- Manage inventory levels, conducting regular audits to ensure accuracy.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations and OSHA compliance standards.
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of warehouse associates to boost productivity.
- Coordinate shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment processes.
- Prepare daily operational reports and handle personnel issues.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED).
- Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
- Valid Forklift Certification (preferred).
- Proficient in using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
