Responsibilities
- Supervise daily warehouse activities including receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment
- Lead and mentor part-time staff to ensure productivity and adherence to safety protocols

Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management or supervisor experience
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficiency in warehouse management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Forklift certification and equipment operation skills
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- High school diploma; associate degree preferred
