Responsibilities
- Conduct daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies using WMS software
- Manage receiving, putaway, and shipping processes for 50+ SKUs
- Maintain accurate digital records in SAP and barcode tracking systems
- Collaborate with procurement team on stock replenishment strategies
- Prepare monthly inventory variance reports for leadership review
- Train junior staff on inventory control procedures
- Support annual physical inventory audits
Qualifications
- 3+ years inventory control experience in warehouse environments
- Proficiency with WMS and ERP systems (SAP preferred)
- Forklift certification and OSHA 10 training
- Strong analytical skills with attention to numerical accuracy
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for 8-hour shifts
- Experience with barcode scanning technology
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
