Responsibilities
- Conduct daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies using RF scanners
- Manage real-time inventory tracking in Oracle ERP system with 99.8% accuracy
- Coordinate with 3PL partners for inbound/outbound shipments via AS400 integration
- Generate monthly inventory valuation reports for executive leadership
- Implement FIFO rotation protocols and temperature-controlled storage compliance
- Lead cross-functional audits with finance and procurement departments
- Maintain digital and physical records per ISO 9001 standards
Qualifications
- 3+ years inventory management experience in high-volume distribution centers
- Proficiency with WMS systems (Manhattan, Blue Yonder preferred)
- Forklift certification and OSHA 10-hour training
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP and pivot table expertise
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field
- Experience with barcode scanning technology (Zebra, Honeywell)
- Strong analytical skills with problem-solving aptitude
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work flexible shifts including weekends
