Responsibilities
- Conduct daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies using ERP systems
- Manage warehouse stock levels, including receiving, storage, and distribution processes
- Maintain accurate digital records of inventory transactions in real-time
- Collaborate with procurement and shipping teams to optimize stock allocation
- Generate monthly inventory reports for management review
- Implement FIFO/FEFO protocols to ensure product freshness
- Train staff on inventory management best practices
Qualifications
- 2+ years of inventory management or warehouse experience
- Proficiency with WMS software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to numerical precision
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs and stand for extended periods
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- Valid Colorado driver's license
