Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment
- Train and motivate team members on safety protocols, equipment operation, and efficiency standards
- Implement process improvements to optimize workflow, reduce costs, and enhance productivity
- Conduct regular audits to maintain accurate inventory records and compliance with company policies
- Ensure strict adherence to OSHA safety regulations and workplace security measures
- Collaborate with logistics team to coordinate shipping schedules and transportation logistics
- Resolve operational issues promptly and maintain clear communication with stakeholders
Qualifications
- 3+ years of warehouse or logistics management experience with supervisory responsibilities
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training certification
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (e.g., WMS, inventory software)
- Valid forklift certification and ability to operate warehouse equipment
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent leadership abilities with experience in team training and development
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in logistics preferred
