Responsibilities
- Safely load/unload refrigerated trailers using pallet jacks and forklifts
- Maintain accurate inventory records via warehouse management system
- Inspect cargo for damage and document discrepancies
- Operate temperature-controlled storage equipment (-20°F to 45°F)
- Adhere to OSHA and FDA cold chain protocols
- Collaborate with shipping/receiving teams to meet delivery deadlines
- Maintain clean, organized work area per 5S standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license and clean MVR
- OSHA forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Experience working in cold/industrial environments
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance
- Pass pre-employment background/drug screen
