Responsibilities
- Manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory control, and order fulfillment
- Lead and mentor part-time staff during evening shifts (4:00 PM - 10:00 PM)
- Enforce safety protocols and maintain OSHA compliance standards
- Optimize storage layouts and implement process improvements
- Conduct cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies
- Coordinate with logistics team for seamless outbound shipments
- Generate daily performance reports and operational metrics
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in fast-paced environment
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Forklift certification and equipment operation skills
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Excellent communication and team leadership skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Flexibility to work weekends during peak seasons
