Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and order fulfillment
- Train and supervise 5-7 warehouse staff on safety protocols and operational procedures
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies
- Implement lean practices to optimize workflow and reduce waste
- Ensure OSHA compliance and maintain a hazard-free workspace
- Coordinate with logistics team for seamless transportation scheduling
- Generate performance reports and implement improvement strategies
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience preferred
- OSHA 10/30 certification or willingness to obtain
- Proficient in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Valid Indiana driver's license with clean record
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Experience with inventory control software (e.g., Fishbowl)
