Responsibilities
- Supervise 5-8 warehouse staff during shifts, ensuring task completion and productivity targets
- Implement and enforce safety protocols, including OSHA compliance and equipment operation
- Coordinate receiving, inventory management, and shipping processes
- Train staff on warehouse systems, equipment operation, and best practices
- Maintain accurate inventory records using WMS software
- Resolve operational issues and optimize workflow efficiency
- Conduct regular facility inspections and maintenance scheduling
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years warehouse/supervisory experience in logistics or supply chain
- Forklift certification and equipment operation proficiency
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- OSHA 10/30 certification or willingness to obtain
- Excellent leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree preferred
