Responsibilities
- Lead 15+ team members in daily warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping
- Implement lean principles to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs
- Ensure OSHA compliance and maintain a safe working environment
- Utilize WMS software for inventory tracking and cycle counting
- Coordinate with transportation teams for timely deliveries and pickups
- Conduct performance reviews and develop training programs
- Generate performance reports and KPI dashboards
Qualifications
- 5+ years warehouse management experience with 2+ years in supervisor roles
- OSHA 30-hour certification and forklift operation credentials
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, Manhattan Active)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in inventory optimization
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution skills
- Experience managing remote teams and hybrid work models
