Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient workflow and timely order fulfillment.
- Manage, train, and mentor a team of warehouse associates, fostering a positive work environment.
- Conduct regular safety audits and enforce OSHA compliance to maintain a hazard-free workplace.
- Monitor inventory levels, manage stock accuracy, and coordinate with supply chain teams for procurement.
- Lead and coordinate loading/unloading operations, ensuring proper handling of goods and equipment maintenance.
- Analyze operational metrics to identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in warehouse management or logistics operations.
- Proven track record of supervising and leading a team effectively.
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Strong understanding of inventory management systems (WMS) and basic computer skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree in Supply Chain or related field is a plus.
