Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Inspect products for quality and completeness before shipping
- Maintain organized inventory levels in assigned zones
- Operate pallet jacks and material handling equipment safely
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Report equipment issues or inventory discrepancies immediately
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours with frequent bending/lifting
- Basic math skills for inventory verification
- Reliable transportation to our Atlantic Avenue facility
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new systems
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Must pass pre-employment background check
