Responsibilities
- Pick and pack products from warehouse shelves according to customer orders and pick tickets with high accuracy.
- Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and electric order pickers safely and efficiently.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage or discrepancies and report issues immediately.
- Label, wrap, and securely package items to ensure safe transport.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area by adhering to all safety protocols and 5S standards.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and update inventory management systems.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production goals and quotas.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand or walk for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to read a barcode scanner.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Reliable transportation and valid ID for employment verification.
- Previous warehouse or retail experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
