Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely load and unload shipments from trucks using proper equipment.
- Pick and Pack: Accurately pick items from the warehouse floor and pack them for shipping.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records and organize stock efficiently.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and wear required PPE at all times.
- Equipment Operation: Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided).
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage before shipping.
Qualifications
- Physical Ability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Background Check: Must pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
- Communication: Basic verbal communication skills and willingness to learn.
