Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other machinery to move inventory around the warehouse.
- Order Fulfillment: Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment using warehouse management systems.
- Inventory Management: Assist in receiving, sorting, and organizing stock to ensure accurate inventory counts.
- Shipping & Receiving: Load and unload trailers and trucks, ensuring all documentation is handled correctly.
- Maintain Safety Standards: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and warehouse policies to maintain a secure working environment.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and fellow associates to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We provide on-the-job training for motivated candidates.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Weekend Availability: Must be available to work Friday through Sunday, including holidays.
- Basic Math Skills: Comfortable with basic addition and subtraction for scanning and inventory checks.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to follow instructions precisely and maintain a clean work area.
- Reliable Transportation: Must have reliable transportation to and from the warehouse location.
