Responsibilities
- Load and unload trailers safely and efficiently using appropriate equipment.
- Sort, stage, and organize merchandise accurately within the warehouse.
- Operate powered industrial trucks (PIT) and hand trucks as required.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines at all times.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Assist with inventory control and cycle counting processes.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping and receiving goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills for logging work and reading pick lists.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Must be willing to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Valid driver's license is preferred.
