As a Picker Packer, you play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. We value accuracy, efficiency, and teamwork.
Responsibilities
- Use handheld scanners and computer systems to accurately pick products from warehouse shelves.
- Pack items securely for shipment using appropriate packaging materials.
- Verify order accuracy against picking tickets before shipping.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Sort and stage pallets for loading onto delivery trucks.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies regarding material handling.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn RF scanner technology.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Valid Driver’s License is a plus but not required.
