Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately using warehouse management systems (WMS) and handheld scanners.
- Inspect products for quality and ensure proper labeling and packaging before shipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and company policies to prevent accidents.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet daily productivity and efficiency targets.
- Verify inventory counts and promptly report any discrepancies to management.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic reading and comprehension skills required.
- High attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled warehouse setting.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
