Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders using handheld scanners and WMS (Warehouse Management Systems).
- Inspect products for quality, damage, and correct specifications before packing.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in strict compliance with OSHA safety standards.
- Load and unload merchandise from delivery trucks efficiently and safely.
- Collaborate with team leads and other departments to meet daily productivity and accuracy targets.
- Handle returns and inventory adjustments with precision.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push up to 50 lbs regularly; stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with barcode scanners is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to verify data accuracy.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Valid driver's license is preferred but not mandatory.
