Responsibilities
- Picking and packing merchandise according to customer orders and stock locations.
- Using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) to ensure order accuracy.
- Inspecting products for damage and ensuring proper packaging to prevent shipping errors.
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety compliance.
- Collaborating with team leads to meet daily production goals and quotas.
- Following all safety protocols and company policies.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic math skills for reading labels and verifying quantities.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are mandatory.
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required.
