Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to load and unload materials from trucks and trailers.
- Conduct pre-shift inspections of forklifts to ensure they are in safe working condition.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and organize warehouse stock to ensure maximum efficiency.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and shipping targets.
- Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of the warehouse floor and equipment.
Qualifications
- Valid and current Class A or Class B Forklift Operator Certification.
- Proven experience operating heavy machinery in a warehouse or industrial setting.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to adhere to safety protocols.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and documentation.
