Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with 99% accuracy.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) efficiently.
- Inspect items for damage and ensure packaging is secure and labeled correctly.
- Collaborate with team leads to maintain workflow efficiency and safety standards.
- Keep workstations organized and adhere to all OSHA safety regulations.
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts as required.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required (training provided).
- Ability to lift, carry, and push up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer skills and ability to use scanning equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
