Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems
- Verify product quantities and quality before shipping
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with proper safety protocols
- Maintain organized and clean workstations and inventory zones
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Report inventory discrepancies and damaged goods to supervisors
- Adhere to all OSHA safety standards and company policies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with scanning devices
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record (if operating equipment)
- Ability to work in a climate-controlled warehouse environment
- Reliable transportation to the Commerce Street facility
