We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Picker Packer to join our high-performance logistics team in Minneapolis. As a key member of our fulfillment center, you will ensure that our products are accurately selected, packaged, and prepared for delivery with speed and precision. Responsibilities
- Select and pack merchandise according to pick tickets with a focus on 100% accuracy.
- Operate RF scanners and pick-to-light systems to identify inventory locations efficiently.
- Inspect items for defects and package them securely using appropriate materials.
- Load and unload trucks using forklifts or pallet jacks as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety compliance.
- Assist in inventory cycle counts and stock rotation.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift for extended periods (up to 10 hours per shift).
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills.
- Physical ability to lift items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we provide full training.
- Must be reliable and punctual with a positive work attitude.
