Job Description
We are currently seeking motivated and detail-oriented Picker Packers to join our fast-paced logistics team in Chicago, IL. As a key member of our fulfillment center, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time.

Responsibilities
- Select and retrieve merchandise from storage areas based on pick tickets.
- Package items securely using appropriate materials to prevent damage during transit.
- Verify accuracy of orders by checking product codes, quantities, and quality.
- Label packages correctly with shipping addresses and barcodes.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) efficiently.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push heavy boxes weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
