Responsibilities
- Picking & Packing: Accurately pick items from inventory shelves based on customer orders and pack them securely for shipping.
- Quality Control: Verify order accuracy and inspect products for damage before packaging.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory counts and stock levels in the warehouse.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate handheld scanners, pallet jacks, and forklifts (if certified) to move materials.
- Workspace Maintenance: Keep the packing station, aisles, and storage areas clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Order Fulfillment: Meet daily and weekly production targets to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy to minimize errors in order processing.
- Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or retail stocking role is preferred but not required.
- Reliability: Consistent attendance and punctuality are essential.
- Basic Math Skills: Ability to read labels, check weights, and perform basic calculations.
- Computer Literacy: Comfortable using handheld scanners or basic computer systems.
