Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with high accuracy and speed.
- Operate handheld RF scanners and warehouse management systems to verify inventory.
- Inspect products for damage and ensure proper packaging materials are utilized.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently, including handling freight and pallets.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production quotas and quality standards.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld wireless devices.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment center, or manufacturing setting is a plus.
