Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems with 100% accuracy.
- Verify item descriptions, quantities, and prices against packing slips.
- Prepare and seal packages for shipment to ensure items arrive safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with company safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment safely.
- Assist in inventory audits and stock replenishment as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50+ lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate scanning equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse setting and meet physical demands.
- Reliable transportation to and from the warehouse.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required.
