Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and verify merchandise orders with high accuracy and speed.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided).
- Scan barcodes and process items through the warehouse management system.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and safety goals.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently during peak shipping seasons.
- Assist in inventory checks and stock organization.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn barcode scanning technology.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Charlotte, NC facility.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
