Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and stage products according to customer orders and shipping labels.
- Verify accuracy of merchandise by scanning items and checking for damages or defects.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems to maintain accurate inventory records.
- Ensure all packing materials are used correctly to prevent damage during transit.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace in compliance with OSHA safety standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production goals and throughput targets.
- Load and unload trailers safely using proper lifting techniques and equipment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
