Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders using RF scanners
- Operate electric pallet jacks and conveyors safely
- Inspect products for quality and damage
- Maintain inventory counts and update systems
- Meet/exceed productivity targets (150+ units/hour)
- Collaborate with supervisors during peak hours
- Adhere to OSHA and safety protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly
- Basic computer literacy for scanning systems
- Reliable transportation to 7am/3pm/11pm shifts
- Pass background check and drug screen
- Willingness to work overtime during holiday seasons
