Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Efficiently pick and pack customer orders according to pick lists and safety guidelines.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for damage or defects before packaging to ensure high-quality delivery.
- Inventory Management: Scan and label packages accurately using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Material Handling: Operate pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and conveyor systems safely and efficiently.
- Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by organizing stock areas and removing debris.
- Shipment Preparation: Package items securely using appropriate materials and prepare them for shipping.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, and bend/twist as needed.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy to minimize errors in picking and packing.
- Reliability: Punctual and consistent work history with a strong attendance record.
- Availability: Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Background Check: Must pass a standard background check and drug screen.
- Communication: Basic ability to communicate effectively with team leads and supervisors.
