Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders with high accuracy and efficiency.
- Verify product information, quantities, and quality before packaging.
- Ensure all items are correctly labeled and prepared for shipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management software (WMS) effectively.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily and weekly productivity goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED (preferred but not required).
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection is mandatory for remote work.
