As a key member of our logistics team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. No experience is required; we provide comprehensive on-the-job training to get you up to speed quickly.
Responsibilities
- Locate and retrieve merchandise from the warehouse storage area based on customer orders.
- Accurately pack items into boxes, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Operate material handling equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided).
- Inspect products for quality and damages before shipping.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety compliance.
- Process incoming shipments and perform inventory counts as required.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic reading and math skills for scanning and verifying order details.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety standards.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and within a team.
