Responsibilities
- Pick and pack products from warehouse shelves accurately and efficiently.
- Verify product quantities, weights, and descriptions against customer orders.
- Prepare items for shipment, ensuring proper packaging and labeling.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, hand trucks) as required by safety protocols.
- Report inventory discrepancies or damaged goods immediately to the supervisor.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic math skills for counting inventory and calculating weights.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
