What You Will Do:
As a Picker Packer, you will play a crucial role in our daily operations. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. You will work in a dynamic environment that keeps you moving and engaged.
Responsibilities
- Select and pack merchandise from the warehouse floor according to pick tickets and customer orders.
- Verify that all items are correctly packaged and labeled to prevent shipping errors.
- Operate warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided).
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety standards are met at all times.
- Scanning barcodes and entering data into the inventory management system accurately.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production and accuracy targets.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic math skills for scanning and verifying order quantities.
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not strictly required for entry-level roles.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
