Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack products according to customer orders using warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Inspect items for quality assurance and ensure proper packaging to prevent damage during transit.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area by following all safety protocols and 5S guidelines.
- Collaborate with the shipping and receiving team to ensure timely processing of outbound orders.
- Operate material handling equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided if needed).
- Perform regular inventory counts and cycle counts to ensure stock accuracy.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanners and computers.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Must be able to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Reliable transportation and a positive work attitude are a must.
